I have been so busy I forgot to do my Hot 100 update last week L So here are my results from my last set of goals:
- I will thank my food for providing me with the nutrients my body needs just before I chomp on it
- It is getting easier to do this and is coming more natural.
- Cycling my calories between 1300-1700 changing it every day. Get a good visual idea of how much I can eat for XXXX amount of calories. I do not want to count them for a lifetime.
- I did OK on this, but Christmas cheer is hard to resist when you have so many gatherings to attend. My alcohol intake made my numbers higher than they should be. I really need to focus on getting better at this next year
- Strength train 3x a week – include lots of stretching after
- I did not do this 3x but only twice..
- Walk/jog 5x a week
- Nope – didn’t do this one either. Well last week I guess I did, but this week hasn’t started out so good
For my last and final week:
- Enjoy my time with my family. All the extended kids are here in town and it is nice to see them all safe and sound
- Watch my alcohol intake and keep it reasonable.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes every day whether is just walking on my treadmill, C25K, or a few 30Day Shred sessions (starting today until Dec 31st)
- Establish my plan and goals for 2010
OH and I got my new Wheatgrass Juicer yesterday. It was waiting for me when I got home and I am very excited. I’m not sure my current wheatgrass is as nutritious as it could be because it has grown to long, but it is still better than nothing. Going to start a new batch of seeds tonight to get the next lot growing for next week. I made sure when I took it out of the box that it was room temperature before I touched any cords (not sure if that is what happened the last time when it was exposed but you just never know).
Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.
Xxoo
Sandra

Merry Merry Christmas! There is a gift for you in today's blog.
ReplyDeleteI am struggling a bit with the goals right now too. I think this time of year is so hard to stay focused.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Sandra! I am looking forward to partnering with you on some exercise goals in 2010! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI always find the last couple weeks of the year to be the most challenging for me, whether I am trying to lose weight or not. It's just the busy-ness that seems to knock my schedule right out of whack. I'm with you on the alcohol thing. I have to figure out how to get back to just saying "no" I think.
ReplyDeleteOh, enjoy that wheatgrass. I can't stand the taste but I know someone who actually feels high when she drinks it ;)
