Friday:
- 90 min Yoga
- Calories came way too low ~1200
- lots and lots of water
Saturday:
- 4 hours of moving stuff around in my basement.
- Food – we don’t want to talk about it.
I tried to walk on the treadmill but my hip hurt too much. It was really a pinching type of feeling right in the side of my hip. I thought I would take it easy on it as I really do not want it to inflame at all. That is just too painful. I worked my butt off on Friday during my Yoga session. I kind of pushed the hip a bit in one of the standing poses and I felt a pretty good twinge. So I just re-arranged a bunch of stuff in the basement, put all my bins back under my stairs in storage. Did a lot of stretching, some abs, and that’s about it.
Sunday:
Back on track after free day yesterday.
- 50 minutes of treadmill
- Calories will be around 1400 (I’ve got it all mapped out)
My hip hurt for the first 15 or so minutes of my walk, then it stopped and I just continued to keep on walking. I did a lot of stretching afterwards. When I go to Yoga tomorrow, I am going to still focus on my hips as I truly think this is helping them.
I had a very nice family day today. It warmed up very nicely today, and I sat out on my deck in shorts and bare feet – Only here can we go from –22 Celsius to +15 in a matter of days. Only bad part of these weather swings is that I suffer from headaches from the barometer change. Oh well….
