I have not gained weight all these years because it just happens. It is because of the choices I make. For some reason 2012 just feels different and a year I am going to finally find myself.
My goals for 2012 are to just start making the right choices when it comes to what I put in my mouth. Whether it is food or liquids, each and everything needs to have a purpose to keep my body healthy.
On January 1st, I am going to go 66 days living a clean and healthy lifestyle. No alcohol, no junk food, start working out again, and just getting active again. Update: I did pretty good on this but I did have a beer at 45 days (Ms. Kate was a sick little pup and I succombed to the stress). This taught me though that I can do what I set my mind to. Now I just have to put that focus into exercising and eating right on a daily basis.
